Watch: India’s First 3D-Printed Villa in Hinjawadi Pune Leaves Everyone Stunned — A Glimpse Inside the Future of Home Building

What if homes could be printed like documents? Well, that future is already here — in Pune.
Popular content creator Priyam Saraswat, known for his fascinating home tours across India, recently shared an exclusive video tour of the country’s first-ever 3D-printed villa. And it has left the internet absolutely amazed.
Located in the Godrej Eden Estate project at Maan Hinjawadi in Pune, this groundbreaking 2,038-square-foot villa isn’t built — it’s printed.
Built in Just Four Months Using 3D Technology
Saraswat’s video takes viewers inside this futuristic home, revealing sleek curved walls, spacious interiors, and an overall design unlike anything we’ve seen in typical construction.
Built in just four months, the villa was created using advanced 3D printing technology by Godrej Properties in collaboration with Tvasta Engineering, a Chennai-based startup specializing in 3D-printed construction.
The technique involves setting up a massive printer directly on the plot. This printer layers a special concrete mix to slowly build the structure — leaving behind walls with a unique texture and hollow spaces for wiring and plumbing.
Inside the 3D-Printed Marvel
The villa features a large living area, two bedrooms, and a futuristic design marked by its soft, flowing edges. Unlike traditional homes with sharp corners, this printed villa feels modern, smooth, and minimalistic.
Viewers online were left speechless. Comments poured in praising the technology, with one user saying, “Damn I want to see that printer.” Another wrote, “Absolutely insane technology, I have never seen anything like this before.”
There were also thoughtful observations. One viewer appreciated the curved design but wondered about sustainability, suggesting that using materials like lime or mud instead of concrete could be an even bigger breakthrough.

A New Chapter in Indian Architecture?
This 3D-printed villa isn’t just an Instagram-worthy home — it signals the beginning of a new era in Indian construction. Faster build times, futuristic designs, and the potential for customization could soon change how we think about home-building altogether.
For Saraswat, this is yet another addition to his collection of India’s most extraordinary homes, which previously included a house in Kerala made from automobile parts and a zero-cement stone house in Bengaluru.
But this villa in Pune? This might just be the most futuristic home in India yet.
