A case has been registered against Ahuja and Oswal under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Motor Vehicles Act, with charges including public nuisance, indecent behavior, reckless driving, and endangering public safety. Police suspect both men were intoxicated during the incident, and Oswal has been sent for medical tests to confirm this.
