- Transformational Steps taken by the Pimpri Chinchwad Police, such as new offices, an expanded vehicle fleet, and improved infrastructure at police stations.
- Enhanced Focus on Cyber Unit and its impact on policing.
- Revamped Processes to improve citizen experience, including cleanliness, utilities like water dispensers, waiting areas, parking, signages, response time, and staff behavior at police stations and offices.
