Pune: Two new international flights to Dubai and Bangkok to be started from October

Pune, September 20, 2024: Good news for Punekars and Western Maharashtra! Starting from 27th October 2024, two new international flight routes will operate from Pune International Airport.

Passengers can now fly daily between Pune and Dubai, and three times a week between Pune and Bangkok. This development was announced by Murlidhar Mohol, Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation, and Lok Sabha MP from Pune.

IndiGo Airlines will be operating these routes, offering daily flights to Dubai and thrice-weekly flights to Bangkok.

This enhanced connectivity is expected to make international travel easier for people across Pune and the Western Maharashtra region. Additionally, it will help boost tourism, trade, and economic relations for the area, strengthening Pune’s role as an international travel hub connecting both eastward and westward destinations.
