Pune: Pimpri Chinchwad Named Maharashtra’s Best Municipal Corporation in 100 Days Program
Pimpri Chinchwad has been recognized as the Best Municipal Corporation in Maharashtra under the 100 Days Program mid-term review, an initiative led by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to assess and enhance urban governance across the state.
Announcing the achievement, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Commissioner Shekhar Singh expressed his pride and gratitude, crediting the recognition to the relentless efforts of PCMC’s administration, staff, elected representatives, and citizens.
“This honor is a testament to our commitment to smart governance, sustainable infrastructure, digital transformation, and citizen-centric initiatives, setting new standards in urban administration,” said Singh.
He extended a special thanks to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar for their continuous support and leadership in shaping Pimpri Chinchwad’s progress.
