The Maharashtra government has introduced the Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana, a new initiative to boost youth employability by offering on-the-job training post-education. Pune District Collector Jitendra Dudi encouraged eligible candidates to register promptly, emphasizing the scheme’s potential to bridge skill gaps and provide financial support.

Registration Details

Interested candidates must enroll via the official portal https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in or at government-run ITI camps in their taluka. Registered applicants can apply for vacancies under the scheme’s ‘CMYKPY Training Scheme’ section, with opportunities spanning government, semi-government, and private sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Maharashtra residency
  • Age: 18–35 years
  • Minimum education: Class 12 pass, ITI, diploma, graduation, or postgraduate degree
  • Aadhaar-linked bank account

Stipend Structure (6-Month Duration)

  • ₹6,000/month: Class 12 pass candidates
  • ₹8,000/month: ITI/diploma holders
  • ₹10,000/month: Graduates/postgraduates

Participating Organizations

Vacancies are available in government offices (District Collectorate, Zilla Parishad, GST Department), semi-government bodies, and private firms like BVG India Ltd. and S.K. Corporation.
