Actor Sonu Sood’s Wife, Two Others Injured in Car Accident in Nagpur
Nagpur, March 25, 2025 – Bollywood actor Sonu Sood’s wife, Sonali Sood, along with her sister and nephew, had a miraculous escape after their car met with an accident late Monday night. The collision occurred when their vehicle rammed into a stationary truck on the Wardha Road Viaduct bridge.
According to police, the accident happened around 10:30 PM. The impact severely damaged the car, but fortunately, all three occupants escaped with only minor injuries. They were immediately taken to a private hospital in Nagpur for medical attention.
Sonu Sood later confirmed the incident, stating, “She is doing fine now. They had a miraculous escape.” Sources close to the family revealed that the car’s airbags played a crucial role in preventing serious harm. Initial reports had incorrectly mentioned the accident occurring on the Samruddhi Mahamarg, but Sood clarified that it happened shortly after they left Nagpur airport.
The police are investigating the exact cause of the collision, though preliminary reports suggest the truck may have been improperly parked or lacked proper reflectors.
