In Maharashtra, the helpline is managed through a collaborative effort between the National Institute of Social Defence (NISD), the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance (Government of Maharashtra), the Commissionerate of Social Welfare (Government of Maharashtra), and the Janseva Foundation, Pune. The helpline is supported by a network of call centers, field teams, government agencies, law enforcement, senior citizen organizations, NGOs, legal advisors, counselors, and volunteers.

Since its inception, Elderline has received over four lakh calls from senior citizens across Maharashtra, providing both direct and indirect assistance.
