Pune: Over 10,000 Riders Register for Indrayani River Cyclothon 2025 Within First Four Days, Collector Urges More Participation
Pune/PCMC: The Indrayani River Cyclothon 2025, promoted as the world’s biggest cyclothon, has received an overwhelming response, with over 10,000 riders booking their slots within the first four days of its announcement.
This event marks the 9th edition of the popular cyclothon and is set to take place on Sunday, 19th January 2025, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Gavjatra Maidan, Bhosari.
The cyclothon, conceptualized by Bhosari MLA Mahesh Landge to promote fitness and sustainability, also focuses on raising awareness about making the Indrayani River pollution-free within Pimpri-Chinchwad city limits.
District Collector Jitendra Dudi has appealed to citizens to actively participate in this initiative, emphasizing its importance in fostering community efforts for a cleaner environment.
