Pune: FIR Lodged Against 5 Youngsters for Dangerous Stunt
The Bharati Vidyapeeth police have filed a complaint following the circulation of a viral video showing a girl and four boys performing a dangerous stunt. The incident occurred at a deserted bungalow near Swaminarayan Temple off Katraj-Dehu Road bypass at Jambhulwadi.
The video, which was shot approximately three months ago, depicts a girl hanging by the hand of a youngster from the roof of the bungalow, while two boys filmed the scene from the roof and another from the bypass. The police are working to trace the IP address used to upload the video online.

Dashrath Patil, senior inspector at Bharati Vidyapeeth Police, stated, “We have registered a case under Sections 336 (rash or negligent act endangering human life or personal safety) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.” Patil emphasized the severity of the act, noting the risks involved in such reckless behavior.
The authorities are taking steps to identify and apprehend the individuals involved in the stunt to prevent such dangerous activities from recurring in the future.
