Over two and half lakh devotees visit Vaishno Devi Shrine since the beginning of Navratri

Over two and half lakh devotees have visited Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine since the beginning of Navratri.

Mata Vaisno Devi is a revered deity and the Temple of Mata Vaishno Devi, located near the holy town of Katra, welcomes millions of devotees every year.

This year, since the beginning of Navratri on April 09, over two and half lakh devotees have already visited the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine in Himachal Pradesh. Sources say that 40-50 thousand devotees are visiting the shrine everyday to seek blessings from the deity.

Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board anticipates that arrival of devotees will continue in similar large numbers till the nineth day of Navratri, Ram Navami.

To accommodate peaceful darshans for the devotees, all three doors of the shrine have been opened.
